Job Position: Graduate Trainee Programme

Are you a recent engineering graduate looking to kickstart your career in the Cement Industry?

Ghacem Ghana is presenting the Engineers in Training (EiT) program. It is the perfect opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship from industry experts, and work on impactful projects. The program is happening at Tema and Takoradi. This program will equip trainees with practical experience.

Program Requirement:

To qualify, you must fall within the category of people below:

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial and Materials Engineering only
Must not be more than 27 years old by December, 2024
Must have graduated no later than 2022.
Must have completed national service

Expectation:

Upon completion of the EiT program, a trainee will gain:

practical experience and knowledge of the entire cement production process
a sound understanding of plant equipment, functions, and operational procedures.
a basic understanding of other business lines and business relevant functions
well-founded theoretical knowledge of cement production
