Job Position: National Service Personnel – Meet and Greet Associate

Accra Luxury is delighted to announce an opportunity for a National Service Personnel (NSS) to join our team as a Meet and Greet Associate. We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual who excels in customer experience and is eager to enhance the experience of our esteemed guests.

Minimum Qualification:

A degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must be eligible for National Service as per the NSS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests upon arrival.
Provide information about the hotel’s services and local attractions.
Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.
Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience.
