Job Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets for products and vehicles.
• Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to maximize performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualification Required & Experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sales manager, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
