Job Position: Fleet Maintenance Manager

Are you an accomplished automotive professional with a passion for overseeing the upkeep of a diverse fleet, especially adept at managing Japan Saloon Cars? Do you excel in environments where your managerial skills are utilized, and your mechanical expertise is integral to operational success? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Role Summary:

• As the Fleet Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our fleet, with a specific focus on Japan Saloon Cars. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in contributing to the safety, efficiency, and performance of our vehicles. You will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate to uphold the optimal working condition of the fleet.

Key Tasks:

• Oversee routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Japan Saloon Cars.
• Lead comprehensive diagnostics to identify mechanical issues and prescribe necessary repairs.
• Supervise the overhaul and repair of various vehicle components, including engines, brakes, suspensions, and transmissions.
• Ensure precision and attention to detail in all tasks, adhering to industry standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Utilize your technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and parts used.

Expected Results:

• Under the guidance of the General Manager, ensure all vehicles are maintained in good condition, promptly addressing necessary repairs.
• Monitor the condition of vehicles and communicate timely warnings to managers about required technical work.

Skills:

• Proficient knowledge of technical systems of vehicles.
• Expertise in mechanics, electrics, and electronics.
• Ability to use portable tools, including power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative team player.

Qualifications Required & Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial or supervisory experience in vehicle operations.
• Extensive experience in the automotive field is crucial, with priority given to those with higher levels of expertise.

NB: You will be required to perform any other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
